I was contacted last night regarding a new blog whose creators state in their profile that they are "two writers who have made it over the infertility chasm and are now writing a book in order to educate the non-infertile world on the feelings and needs of those experiencing infertility." Their blog is an opportunity for all their readers to contribute directly to that planned book by the posted comments they contribute. It's a pretty cool idea.
Not everyone in the DC community went through infertility issues but most of us had to deal with the fertile world around us who all had no problem getting pregnant so here's your chance to let others know what you found annoying and insensitive. I think any book on this topic that could be handed to a family member to help them understand your pain is a great idea.
